120-DAY RISK-FREE SLEEP TRIAL
We understand that choosing a mattress is an important decision.
That’s why you get 120 nights to try your mattress at home and see how it supports your sleep, comfort, and lifestyle.
During this period, you can decide whether the mattress is right for you, not just based on a few minutes in a showroom, but real everyday use.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
If you are not satisfied within the 120-day trial period, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- Mattress must be in clean, hygienic, and reasonable condition.
- No major stains, damage, or misuse.
- Must have been used for normal sleeping purposes only.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
Mattresses that are heavily soiled, damaged, or not in resalable condition will not be eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS & PICKUP FEES
If your return is approved:
- A pickup and delivery handling fee will apply.
- This covers logistics, transportation, and collection services.
- This ensures a smooth and fair return process for all customers.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 30% restocking fee of the original product value applies to all approved returns.
- This fee covers:
- Warehouse handling
- Product inspection
- Cleaning & repackaging
- Inventory restocking costs
FAIR USE POLICY

DEFECTS & DAMAGED ITEMS
If your mattress arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage:
- We will repair or replace the product as appropriate.
- You will not be charged return fees in such cases.
- We will ensure you receive a fully functional product as quickly as possible.
