Your Rights Under Australian Consumer LawOur goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 10-Year Mattress WarrantyWe provide a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
This includes:
- Significant sagging or indentation (greater than 2.5 cm, not caused by improper use)
- Faults in foam, structure, or materials
- Defects in the cover, such as stitching or zipper faults
- If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace your mattress at no cost to you.
What Is Not CoveredThis warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or softening over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper support
- Stains, burns, or liquid damage
- Change of comfort preference (e.g. too firm or too soft)
How to Make a ClaimTo make a claim, please contact us with:
- Proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the mattress showing the problem
- We aim to respond within 2 business days and will guide you through the next steps.

- The mattress must be used on a suitable and supportive base
- This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
